Meet Attah Obande
Attah Obande is a leadership coach, business strategist, and speaker with a track record of helping people grow into the leaders they were meant to be.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Elizabeth Rosario Law, one of the fastest-growing immigration law firms in the country. Under his operational leadership, the firm grew from fewer than 40 employees to over 170, scaling nationally while building a people-first culture.
Previously, Attah served as Vice President of Business Development for the Grand Rapids Chamber, where he led initiatives to expand access, inclusion, and entrepreneurship in West Michigan. His work has been featured by Crain’s Grand Rapids Business, Start Garden, Calvin University, and Fox17 News, and he’s been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Business Leader and one of West Michigan’s Notable Leaders in DEI.
But beyond the titles, Attah’s story is one of resilience and reflection.
